The mandatory Touch-Up appointment, scheduled 4-6 weeks after your initial powder ombrè brows session, is essential for ensuring the longevity and perfection of your brows! This session allows us to assess your skin’s healing, fill in lighter areas, and fine-tune the shape and depth for stunning, long-lasting results. Cancellation Policy
1. All deposits are non-refundable, except in the event that the artist cancels on their behalf. Your remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. 2. Your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled date only if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to show up, will result in a forfeited deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook. 3. We offer a strict 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or a canceled appointment to avoid delaying the next client. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited. 4. You must be at least 18 years of age on the day of your appointment. A valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID) is required when booking. No exceptions, even with parental consent. 5. No guests, children, or pets are permitted in the salon suite. 6. To ensure safe healing and optimal color retention, please review the following before booking: PMU cannot be performed on clients who are pregnant or nursing, taking blood thinners, or currently undergoing chemotherapy. If you have used Accutane, you must be off the medication for at least 12 consecutive months before receiving a PMU procedure. Please refrain from intense sun exposure, tanning, chemical peels, or using Retin-A/Retinol on the face for at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment. Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours prior to your appointment, as they thin the blood and can affect your results. Note: Arriving at your appointment with a medical contraindication or without following pre-care instructions may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
